Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay-Pal, Money Orders and Checks 

We ship via FedEx and UPS:

Purchases under $150 are shipped via UPS Flat Rate.  Usually takes 3 to 5 days in transit. Shipping and insurance cost is $12 for orders.

Purchases between $150 and $500 are shipped via UPS Flat Rate takes 3 to 5 days in transit. Shipping and insurance cost is $20 for orders.

Purchases over $500 are shipped via FEDEX Express Saver and usually takes 3 days in transit.  Shipping, signature required and insurance cost is $25 for orders. 

FedEx 2nd day and overnight shipping is available in most areas. Please inquire for rate information.

FedEx International Shipping Orders to outside of the United States will be assessed at an additional charge based on anticipated shipping charge to that country. You will be advised of the additional charges and asked to authorized the additional cost before the order will be shipped. 

Florida resident,  please add 7% sales tax to your order.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
